I specialise in helping people with recurring or long standing problems in their relationships, making a lasting change to emotional difficulties and problems that may have originated in childhood.
My experience enables me to offer effective, individualised, psychological care. I treat a number of mental health disorders, such as anxiety and depression to provide a neutral ground for individuals, families, and couples.
Most of us experience emotional difficulties at some point in our lives, when these difficulties won't go away - professional help may be needed. Recurring difficulties can be resistant to change, perhaps having their origins in early experiences which are not in our everyday awareness.

Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, depression and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. My therapy works on a fundamentally deep level, uncovering hidden issues and patterns which influence our feelings, motivations & behaviours. Uncovering these issues takes time (it's not about quick fixes) but I can help bring long lasting change and growth to you and the way you live your life.
Therapy can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their relationships, in all stages of your life. I work with you to identify the core problems and keep the changes you make sustainable. The therapy I provide is not about quick fixes or simple tools and techniques. If you have tried other therapies before with limited success, or you find yourself falling back into the same behaviours, then relationship psychotherapy could be a good fit for you and your partner.
